After everything is approved we charge a material down payment to start the job.
Build
Our crew gets the job done with clean workmanship and steady communication from start to finish. We take care of your property, keep the site tidy, and build everything to last. When the project is finished, we walk it with you to ensure everything meets your expectations before calling it complete.
Payment
After the project is fully completed and you have given us the green light. We collect payment within 30 days of the completion date through cash or check.
